• WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
  We have a plugin for our website which will determine based on where you are situated how much the delivery fee will be.

• WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
  Typically, orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days from when order was placed.

• CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
  So long as the delivery has not been sent then please contact us immediately to sort it out.

Order Issues

• HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  Simply select a product in our online store. Once you have the product in your cart you are then able to review everything is in order and can proceed to checkout. We use a secure payment gateway (PayFast) to process your online payment.

• HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
  In order to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with the details provided on our website. Once an order gets dispatched for delivery, a cancellation can no longer take place.

• CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
  Yes, changes can be made shortly after placing an order. However, there may be additional charges involved should you request a larger quantity of products or if the order is already on its way for delivery.
